What we do for love

I was the "best man" at Todd and Blair's fake wedding today. Well, it was real in the sense that they really did married--I signed a marriage license, but no matter what Todd tells me, I know he did this to get his son back from  Marcie and Michael. I've been so wrapped up in excommunicating Jared from my life that I haven't stopped to process that Tommy, Bree's playmate, is actually my cousin. All this time, we thought Todd's son was dead, so we should be overjoyed that he's alive ... only I know how much Marcie and Michael love Tommy. I don't know what I'd do if I had to give Bree up ... I almost did, to Tess. Still, no matter what I thought about Todd's actions, I stood up for him today because I love him. Nash and Natalie are putting up with Jared because they love me, but like Todd, I will have to do something to get rid of him. I feel bad for what Tess did, but it still doesn't mean I like having Jared in my life... or give him the right to blackmail my sister.

Jess,You know its like everything in life there is the good and bad to everything we do we just have to concentrate on the good.Look what good things Tess brouht into your life like Nash and especially Bree.A life out in the fresh air of the Vineyard.You just have to learn to cope with what life throws at you.Maybe your lucky you can say Tess did it.What if no Tess and you'd done everything she did just when you were younger.Some of us have to live with mistakes we can't blame on a Alter Personality.

I am the biggest fan of the show. You are my favorite character.
I feel that Todd should have Tommy. I completely understand how Marcie and Michael feel. But Todd is Tommy's rightful father. Todd should be given a chance to prove himself. The judge should order that Todd get custody on a trial basis. In which case, Todd needs to stay on the straight and narrow, and prove that HE is the best for Tommy. If he fail's then Marcie and Michael can get custody back of Tommy.
As for what you're going through. I don't blame you for wanting to keep out the people that "Tess" dealt with. Your personality is so much better that Tess. You are kind, giving, thoughtful, and passionate about what you believe in. Although I wished you would have stayed with Antonio. He truely loved and cared for you. And so did his daughter. You guys were the perfect family. I was heartbroken, when you chose to be with Nash. I actually cried. I hope that in the future, that you and Antonio get back together. Think of it this way, everything that you two go through, will only make you stronger. And if you get back together, it will make your relationship stronger too.

The marriage may be 'in name only' but, deep down, Todd and Blair still love each other. Always have, always will. Now if they'd just admit it. Meanwhile, Natalie seems to have her own love/hate thing going with Jared Banks!
