Nash sounded funny on the phone ... he says he had a night on the town with Roxy, but I worry about him. He's not talking much about it, but I know losing the vineyard is hanging over his head. As much as I love visiting with Kevin, Joey, Kelly and little Zane, I think I'm needed back home...

Jess... you need to really think about what you're doing. Why are you leaving so soon, when you just asked Nash for time away? Two days? That's really not a nice thing to do right when you just asked him! And maybe he's planning something. You come home so soon and what if he's not ready??? Make the right choice.

When you get home you need to get Nash to resign from Managing the Vineyard and turn all the bills and documents over to the New Majority Owner.Then assemble fomily to fight any attempt for Rezoning the vineyard area from Agricultural to Industrial Residential or Business That will keep the property of the vineyard from turning into building sites.
The new owners hands will be tied and be forced to run the vineyard he may not have the skills to do.Nash will still have 49% ownership and unless the new owner doesn't want to take a complete loss he'll be forced to sell Nash back 2% or control.To run the vineyard again in the meantime move your family from the cottage to Llanfair.Where Natalie can also get to know Nash better and Vicki also when she comes Home Its obvious Clint has a liking fgor Nash and Nash gets along with him Great.
